TO OUR CURRENT CLIENTS, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS & CONSULTANTS:
We hope this message finds you well and coping successfully with the challenges of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Because we are an architectural design firm, which at the moment is a category on Maryland’s list of essential businesses, we are working diligently to maintain our core services to you, while at the same time maintaining the safety and well being of our clients, team members, and the community in which we work.
We are following the recommendations set forth by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in an effort to slow the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. In accordance with Governor Hogan’s continuing executive orders, the office of Dean Robert Camlin & Associates, Inc. will be closed to all outside visitors until further notice. Except for tasks which must be performed at the office (such as running prints) or on the jobsite, most of our team members will be working remotely from home. If we are producing drawings for your review, we will either transmit them electronically, mail physical copies, or ask you to pick up copies from our covered front porch. If you need to drop off information, there is a large mail slot in our entrance door.
We will continue to work as efficiently as possible, with the understanding that government agencies have deployed their resources elsewhere, and we anticipate delays with scheduling, addressing comments, and obtaining approvals. It is important to us that you continue to receive the same level of support you have in the past.
We appreciate your continued business and we encourage you and your family to take all necessary precautions to stay safe.
